The Perfect Meal consisting of Carbs, Fats, Protein.

INGREDIENTS:

chipotle style seitan by sweet earth
avocados
red onion
broccoli
organic canned black beans
brown rice, cooked
red potatoes, baked
arugula

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Sauté red onion and mushrooms in skillet. Feel free to swap the type of rice and beans out for your preferred kind, as long as the calories match up.
Sauté in skillet over medium to high heat until preferred texture.

Optional: Add turmeric, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper.
Tip: Cook until lightly blackened on each side for a more crispy texture. Add ½ teaspoon of vegan butter at the very end.
